Equipment

  • Skillet.
  • Rolling Pin
  • Ring-shaped mold.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can of condensed milk.
  • 1 Egg.
  • 1 tbsp Of margarine.
  • 4 ½ cup Of all-purpose flour.
  • 3 tsp Of baking powder.
  • Zest and juice of an orange.
  • Oil for frying, as needed.

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients using a spatula. Then, knead the mixture until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
  • Sprinkle some flour on the countertop and roll out the dough to a thickness of ½ cm.
  • Use a circular ring-shaped mold with an approximate diameter of 6 cm to cut out the shapes.
  • If you don't have a mold, you can use the lid of a jar and a bottle cap to create the center hole, forming thering shape.
  • Fry the pastries at medium temperature until they turn golden brown.
  • Place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
  • You can dust them with powdered sugar and voilà, time to enjoy!
