400mlheavy cream, chilled for at least 8 hours.
½cuppowdered sugar.
1packageladyfinger cookies.
300mlboiledwater.
1cinnamon stick.
1tbspsugar.
2tbspinstant coffee.
1tspvanilla extract.
Sweet cocoa powder for dusting.
Instructions
Whip the heavy cream using the mixer until it's frothy. Keep it in the refrigerator.
Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until you get a smooth mixture. Then, gently fold in the previously whipped cream using a spatula until everything is well combined.
