“Cola de Mono”

Every year, one of the things I love whipping up is the “Cola de mono” It takes me back to the family time during Christmas. When I was a kid, one of our Christmas Eve traditions was to leave a glass of “Cola de mono” and “pan de pascua” under the tree. As I make it, my entire home gets wrapped in the scent of Christmas. Go ahead and give it a shot – you won’t regret it. Serve it super chilled.
