Cabbage Stew “Don Fausto”

Jump to Recipe

This cabbage stew recipe is a very old dish from Chilean cuisine. Its origin dates back to 1922 when a comic strip arrived in the country featuring the main character “Don Fausto,” whose favorite dish was this cabbage and meat stew.
